About the project
The Stay At Home Choir and Classic FM present a 20th anniversary celebration of Sir Karl Jenkins’ The Armed Man: A Mass For Peace. The Armed Man originally premiered at Classic FM Live at London’s Royal Albert Hall to mark the new millennium.
This celebration features movements recorded during lockdown by more than 5000 singers from across the world, interviews with Sir Karl Jenkins, and an exclusive performance from special guests. Singers from the Stay At Home Choir are accompanied by orchestral footage recorded by the World Orchestra for Peace.
